? Capture and manage quality control details to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Tools:

? Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

? Proficiency with Mac computers.

? Experience using Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Real VNC, and working with PDFs.

? Familiarity with reading and interpreting measurements.

? Reliable, high-speed internet connection.

? A MacBook is required for this role.

? Availability to work EST hours.
