Skills & Qualifications: ? Exceptional communication skills (written English) ? Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is a plus ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ? Familiarity with social media, especially Facebook ? Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
