We are on the lookout for a Customer Advocate to join our dedicated team, providing remarkable service and building loyalty and trust among our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-focused background, relevant experience in a call center setting, and the ability to communicate effectively to address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
? Cultivate a positive, respectful, and professional work environment for both colleagues and customers.
? Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and processes to effectively communicate with our customer base.
? Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, approach challenges with empathy, and carry out necessary follow-ups.
? Maintain accuracy in customer accounts, including orders, changes, inquiries, and requests.
? Achieve proficiency in all relevant computer systems and interfaces to support customer interactions and organizational needs.
? Continuously enhance your skills in areas such as cable TV, internet services, email troubleshooting, and billing.
? Uphold the confidentiality of both company and customer information.
? Undertake additional tasks as assigned by team leads or management.

Required Skills
? 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or retail.
? Friendly, motivated, and driven with a background in customer service.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various web-based applications.
? Strong active listening, communication, and customer service abilities.
? Highly responsible, resourceful, and dependable, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
? Eagerness to learn and embrace growing responsibilities.
? Capability to sit and use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and headset for extended durations.
? Part-time availability between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work based on business needs, including a willingness to work holidays on a rotational basis.
