Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, a Bachelor's degree in English (B.A. English Hons), and 2-3 years of sales experience. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for customer interaction and a strong ability to close sales and meet targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Deliver product presentations and sales pitches effectively to meet clients' needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team on market trends and customer needs.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor? degree in English (B.A. English Hons).
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-first approach.
Compensation:
CTC: 3 LPA
