In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online booking system, ensuring that our clients experience seamless service from start to finish. You will assist customers with their reservations, answer queries, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the booking process.

Responsibilities
?Manage and oversee the online booking system for accuracy and efficiency.
?Assist customers with booking inquiries and provide timely responses to questions.
?Troubleshoot booking-related issues and resolve them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
?Update and maintain website content related to bookings and service offerings.
?Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth booking processes.
?Compile and analyze data related to booking trends and customer behaviors.
?Support promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing the booking experience for clients.

Requirements
?High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
?Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a booking capacity.
?Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
?Familiarity with online booking systems and technology.
?Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
?Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic web management tools.
