Marketing Operations Associate

The Marketing Operations Associate will work within Salesforce to clean, match, and pull data to support marketing initiatives, collaborating with tech ops and sales when needed. This person should be extremely detail-oriented, have experience and understanding of a CRM database system and general understanding of how data within Salesforce is used for marketing and sales. Successful performance in this role is measured by accuracy, efficiency and the ability to support the activities of the Marketing team.

Responsibilities
? Maintain active lists within Hubspot to maximize integrity of contact information and overall impact of active campaigns and promotions.
? Collaborate with campaign managers on target account lists (TALs) as well as response and impression data to meet timelines and deliverables for campaigns, promotions and events.
? Assist with opportunity tracking in Salesforce tied to marketing campaigns and events for effective ROI and marketing performance reporting.
? Maintain MarTech integrations by checking Splash, Hubspot and Salesforce regularly to ensure proper connectivity and information flow for accurate registration data.
? Communicate post-event attendee updates to ASU and Sales with Salesforce Campaign Members link, highlighting opportunity tagging process.
? Assist Experience Team in managing and refining attendee and campaign target lists for partner POP (proof of performance) requirements.
? Fulfill account mapping needs related to target list creation for marketing campaigns, events or as requested by sales or ASU teams.
? Assist campaign and promotions managers with ABM tasks in Hubspot as needed to help align process and goals.
? Maintain data cleanliness of contact records and campaign members associated with ongoing or upcoming marketing campaigns and events including:
? Title and company reviews based on recent registrations.
? Complete missing information (such as industry or URL).
? Identifying duplicate accounts.
? Managing OOO and auto-responses from email campaigns.
? Analyze CRM content for new accounts and leads entered, and update by utilizing subscription tools, such as ZoomInfo (includes validating info, populating missing info, and deduping).
? Assist with capturing buyer intent data to support list generation efforts for campaign managers, sales and ASU team members.
? Assist with promotion fulfillment of incentives for marketing campaigns and events as needed.
? Track tasks and process in Monday.com

Qualifications
? A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
? Minimum Required ? 4+ years of experience in a marketing role.
? Preferred ? analytics background and familiarity with ABM tools and Hubspot.
? Advanced knowledge of Excel and Salesforce preferred.
? Energetic, self-motivated and can motivate others.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Able to work in deadline-driven situations.
? Performs well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
