Full time / Data Entry Assistant (Remote)

Are you looking for a flexible and remote entry-level position in data entry? We are seeking a Data Entry Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in our database, ensuring that all data is entered efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities: ? Entering data into various computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy ? Performing regular data backups to ensure data integrity ? Maintaining accurate records of all data entries ? Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information ? Identifying and correcting errors in data entry ? Communicating with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency ? Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge ? Performing other administrative duties as required

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ? Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy ? Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Previous experience in data entry is an asset, but not required
