We are seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through our live chat platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities

? 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems
