About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Support team as a Live Chat Support Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
? Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
? Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
? Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
? Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
? Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
