Qualified candidates must have 10+ years of transactional tax experience with experience structuring deals in funds, venture capital, private equity, and M&A. International experience also preferred. This is an exceptional opportunity for the attorney who wants to work on market-leading, sophisticated and complex deals, while unlocking his or her full potential.
