Senior IT Manager - Enterprise Data Platform

Description: ? Leads a development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying data ingest and data serving patterns ? Provides career growth and timely feedback to the development team ? Leads cloud architecture activities to create robust design and development patterns ? Establishes and monitors best practices for data ingest, curation, and serving solutions in GCP ? Optimizes designs and processes for faster time-to-market of new products ? Advances and promotes enterprise data standards and metadata management ? Modernizes and creates automation in processes and capabilities set ? Ensures tracking of cost increases associated with cloud services ? Partners with the Data Science team to ensure seamless data transfer Requirements: ? 10+ years designing and building data ingestion, storage, and processing solutions ? 3+ years experience object-oriented programming ? 3+ years leading teams that deploy enterprise data and analytics solutions ? 3+ years architecting, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise data solutions in cloud platform ? Broad cloud application and infrastructure architectural experience ? Strong object-oriented programming experience using Python ? Experience with data processing tools: Airflow, Apache Beam ? Demonstrated expertise with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform ? Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, Git source code repositories, GitLab is a plus ?
