Job Description
Unilux Brand is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Communications Assistant to support internal and external communication efforts in Hamilton, ON. The role involves assisting in the preparation of documents, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
? Assist in drafting and distributing company communications
? Maintain and organize internal documentation and records
? Coordinate schedules and meetings for communication initiatives
? Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally
? Support team projects and administrative tasks as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
? High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
