At Jobleads-US, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as College Advisors for Apple Support. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class support to Apple customers. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone or chat.

? Meet performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
? Availability to work 20 hours per week during the school year
? Ability to commit to five weeks of full-time training
