Job Overview

As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team and ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires a blend of client interaction, administrative tasks, and sales support to drive business success.

Duties
? Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
? Assist with order processing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
? Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts
? Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
? Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
? Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Skills
? Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
? Experience in client services, customer support, or sales-related roles
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
? Knowledge of office software applications for data entry and documentation
? Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is advantageous
? Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse customers

Pay: $19.71 - $20.87 per hour
