As a Social Media Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our social media platforms, fostering a positive and engaging online environment, and responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner. ? *Responsibilities:**

• Monitor social media platforms for inappropriate content, spam, and negative comments

• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages

• Foster a positive and inclusive online community

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies

• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices

• Strong communication and customer service skills
