1st Year: $90,000+

2nd Year: $180,000+

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full-Desk Recruiter.

Proven track record in business development.

Experienced in phone-based and cold calling recruitment.

Active LinkedIn account.

Goal-oriented mindset.

Strong negotiation skills.
