What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

? Coordinate pre-employment screening and onboarding procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of three years of recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare
? Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
? Strong communication and time management skills
? Agency experience is strongly preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in healthcare recruitment
? Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
? Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates effectively
? Experience in organizing job fairs and talent acquisition events
