Chat Support Officer
Job Description:
United Continental Holdings is seeking a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role...
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products or services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems or questions. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and reliable personality traits to handle high-pressure situations and maintain consistency in performance. 2. Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. 3. Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools. 8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
