What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist in identifying and maximizing revenue opportunities for a portfolio of hotels
• Daily review and management of Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodations and rate inventory controls
• Manage group inventory effectively
• Implement strategies on third-party internet channels to ensure parity across distribution channels
• Prepare weekly strategy reports and monthly sell strategy reviews for hotel strategy meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Understanding of the hospitality industry and revenue management principles
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue maximization
• Excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in revenue management or a related field
• Familiarity with Revenue Management Systems and data analysis tools
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotel operations
