- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Dispute Resolution department
- Obtain, organize, and transfer documentation for legal actions for both internal and external clients
- Collaborate with the Director of Payment Compliance Dispute Resolution and Manager of Payer Analysis Operation/Systems
- Prioritize work efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of data entry or administrative experience
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in legal documentation or dispute resolution processes
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in a legal context
- Previous experience working in a multi-functional team setting
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros
