We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Greenstar Power, a leading company in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. Responsibilities: ? Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide... product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries ? Deliver personalized and efficient service to enhance the customer experience ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ?
