Remote Call Center Agent

$18-$19/hr...

What You'll Do:

Take customer calls and provide accurate satisfactory answers to their queries
? Deescalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support
? Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
? Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
? Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
? Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
? Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations
? Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
? Research systems to find missing information as applicable; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues applicable
? Follow all processes of the Client program and perform all tasks in a courteous and professional manner
? Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks

Candidates for this role should have a wired high-speed internet connection, be highly reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
