Key Responsibilities
? Deliver personalized online instruction tailored to the unique needs of students with special needs.
? Create and manage virtual Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and learning plans.
? Collaborate closely with families, general education teachers, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
? Utilize assistive technology to enhance learning and engagement for students.
? Monitor and evaluate student progress in the virtual classroom setting, making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's degree is preferred).
? Valid teaching license in West Virginia with a Special Education endorsement.
? Experience with online or distance education is a plus.
? Strong digital skills and proficiency in educational technology.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
