Planet Ford Dallas has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Service Cashier.

The Service Cashier processes monetary and credit card transactions as well as completes and closes repair orders for the dealership?s clients.

Duties:
? Process service paperwork
? Process payment of services rendered
? Book Technicians' Repair Orders
? Backup Service Dispatcher
? Finalize service repair orders
? Explain basic work completed on Client's vehicle
? Recognize possible Client concerns and alert Management
? Answer incoming service phone calls
? Schedule service appointments
? Follow up with service Clients to ensure satisfaction

Skills/Qualifications
? Customer-focused friendly attitude
? Ability to recognize and satisfy customer concerns
? Basic computer skills
? Ability to process cash and credit card transactions
? Spanish speaking is a plus

Requirements
? Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
? 2+ years experience
? Superior customer interaction skills
? Basic Computer skills
? Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
? Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
? Able to work standing for extended periods of time
? All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
