Job Description
Amazon Inc. is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advisors. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the frontline liaison between Amazon and our valued customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience. This role is critical to maintaining Amazon’s reputation for excellent customer service and involves assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards customer interactions
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat channels
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve through feedback and training sessions

Educational Qualifications
