What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Take incoming phone calls from customers and address account-related questions and concerns
? Educate customers on finance charges, late fees, payment options, and account management
? Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues within company policies and applicable laws
? Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
? Balance customer needs with meeting performance metrics and company expectations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or 6 months of related experience/training
? Basic to moderate computer knowledge and keyboard skills
? Ability to multi-task in a high-energy office environment
? Effective communication skills and ability to handle stressful customer interactions
? Problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues as needed
? Willingness to work a variable schedule, including evening shifts and Saturdays

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
? Knowledge of automotive financing and industry terminology
? Ability to speak multiple languages
