Job Summary

We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team remotely. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting businesses, credit unions, and veteran associations with HR-related inquiries

Qualifications

? Ability to teach, coach, and train others effectively
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Sales and management experience is preferred but not required
? Motivated, coachable, and customer-oriented individuals

Responsibilities
? Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
? Provide information about HR services to clients and assist with their needs
? Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
? Maintain a positive attitude and strive to meet or exceed performance goals
? Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Salary

$24.50 + Bonus
