Key Responsibilities
? Document Management: Upload documents weekly to electronic files and maintain hard copies.
? File Creation Create and update personnel files in the system.
? Employee Records Maintenance: Track and manage inactive employee status and monitor returning employees from leave.
? Training Assist in providing electronic file administration and training to new employees.
? Data Accuracy Perform weekly audits to ensure data integrity remains at 100% accuracy.

Qualifications
? Experience: Minimum 2 years of data entry experience.
? Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
? Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and organizational skills.
? Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
? Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
