Assessment Criteria:
? Portfolio or samples (if available)
? Ability to describe a transcreation project (while respecting NDAs)

? Minimum 2+ years' experience in transcreation (ideally 5+).
? Proven experience - not just providing transcreation as a 'bolt-on' service.
? Ability to provide recent samples of work or discuss recent projects.
? Experience in copywriting is a positive sign.
? Willingness and ability to participate in client calls, both in-language and ideally in English.
