We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Admin Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities...

Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a - -professional and timely manner

Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

Entering orders and managing customer accounts in our database

Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions

Managing social media accounts and responding to customer comments and messages.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Google related services and Slack

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Experience with social media management is a plus
