Hourly Pay: $36-$40 per hour

Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, school administrators, and other professionals. ? Utilize assessment tools to evaluate and track student progress, adapting instruction as necessary. ? Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement. ? Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to facilitate effective inclusion and accommodations. ? Employ diverse teaching strategies to meet the varied needs of students. ? Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and achievements. ? Establish open communication with parents and guardians to support their child?s educational journey. ? Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other school-related activities as needed.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Teaching/Special Education ? Valid Special Education Teaching Certification in Ohio ? Experience working with students with special needs is preferred ? Commitment to ongoing professional development and awareness of current best practices in special education ? Familiarity with virtual learning environments is a plus
