? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
? Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
? Provide accurate information about products and services
? Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
? Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service
? Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
? Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong problem-solving abilities
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Proficiency in using computer and software applications
? Previous customer service experience is a plus

? High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

? Previous customer service experience (Preferred but not required)
