Mobile County Jail- Commissary Distributor (Part Time)

Monday: 3PM- 7:30 PM

Tuesday: 8:30AM-5PM

Wednesday: 8:30 AM- 4:00 PM

Thursday: 8:30 AM- 4:00 PM
? Responsible for the efficient operation of commissary services at the Mobile County Metro Jail.
? Receiving, separating, and preparing individual inmate commissary orders for distribution to inmates in the respective assigned housing location.
? Distributing individual commissary orders to inmates at times and locations as directed by the facility administrator.
? Properly handling shortages or damages for orders within company and facility policy.
? Caring for and maintaining any on-site products and keeping the work areas clean.
? Assisting in maintaining equipment necessary to carry out the commissary functions at assigned facility.
? Act as liaison with facility staff and inmates on a day-to-day basis.
? Work closely with the Remote Site Manager to provide best in class service to the assigned facility including reporting service or relationship issues immediately. Summary of essential job functions
? Represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
? Assist in ensuring overall efficiency of onsite commissary operation and client satisfaction.
? Ensure that all facility security regulations and procedures are adhered to by all company staff on site.
? Carry out duties as assigned by company management.

Requirements: ? Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods. ? Lift items weighing up to forty (40) pounds to a height of 54 inches. ? Ability to communicate verbally. ? Ability to work well individually and as part of a team. ? Must have valid driver?s license. ? Must be able to pass a background check.
