As a Live Verification Phone Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring that all necessary information is accurately captured, helping U-Haul continue to deliver reliable services to our customers. Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound calls to verify customer information ? Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, helpful attitude ? Accurately document and update information in the system ? Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures ? Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
