REMOTE Executive Assistant with Elite Virtual Assistants

YOU MUST BE BASED IN THE US TO BE CONSIDERED!!

Part-Time Remote positions. Some of our team members do work 25 to 40 hours a week, depending on the number of clients they work with.

The pay rate starts at $20/hour with 5 years of experience. We consider our team members for regular pay rate increases, every 6 months, between the range of $20-25/hour.

Responsibilities may include:
? Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
? Calendar, inbox, and file management
? Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners
? Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
? Arrange events to take place outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events, and staff appreciation events
? Maintain an organized electronic filing system
? Some personal tasks may be included when serving clients
? Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
? Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

Qualifications and Skills:
? Must have 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
? Advanced Microsoft Office & GSuite skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
? Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
? Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
? Exceptional interpersonal skills
? Friendly and professional demeanor
? Process-oriented thinking
? Strong grammar skills
? Keen sense of discretion
? Tech-savvy, resourceful, and a quick learner
