Key Responsibilities
? Accurately input customer orders into our order processing system, ensuring completeness and timeliness of information.
? Address customer inquiries related to their orders, providing prompt and professional assistance.
? Efficiently process orders to meet delivery deadlines while addressing any changes, cancellations, or discrepancies.
? Track order status and liaise with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
? Maintain precise records and update order processing systems in real-time.

Required Skills
