Responsibilities include CRM integration with AWS, testing infrastructure creation, day-to-day troubleshooting of system issues, scripting and development for Oracle Service Cloud CRM, and system documentation and configuration ? Must be familiar with Agile processes and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills ? Join a team based in Boston, MA Requirements: ? Extensive experience with Oracle B2C Service (Oracle Service Cloud) ? Ability to configure and customize the Oracle B2C Service application ?
