Spanish Transcriptionist (USA)

We are seeking a skilled Spanish Transcriptionist based in the United States to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening, linguistic, and typing skills, with a strong command of the Spanish language, including regional dialects and cultural nuances. This role involves converting Spanish audio and video recordings into accurate, clear, and well-formatted written transcripts.

Responsibilities: ? Accurately transcribe Spanish audio and video recordings into written text, following specified guidelines (verbatim or clean transcription). ? Proofread and edit transcriptions to ensure accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and spelling. ? Time Coding: Add timestamps to the transcription, if required, for synchronization purposes.

Requirements: ? Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with strong knowledge of various dialects and cultural nuances. ? Proficiency in English for effective communication and bilingual transcription projects, if needed. ? Strong typing speed and accuracy. ? Previous transcription experience is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience in linguistic work is a plus. ? Experience transcribing Spanish audio with multiple speakers, background noise, or regional accents is a bonus. ? Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and noise-canceling headphones. ? Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.

Pay rate $1.75 per minute for Transcription / $0.75 for review per minute paid via AirTm.
